Although they're nothing new and have covered the fashion runways during the fall of 2009, I just first spotted them at Victoria's Secret about a week ago and ever since I saw them there I have been seeing them allover. Urban Outfitter's and American Eagle had some really cute one's. I personally have always been a fan of flaunting what you've got and think this is a sexy but still understated and cute way of doing so. In my opinion I also think it's a great way to keep cool during the summer months. I think this trend months later after hitting the runway is finally starting to catch on...
Ways to take on the trend: 1. Pair with plunging neckline tanks.
2. Wear underneath sheer-lace or burnout tee's.
3. Buy some neon-colored bandeau's and use them as a pop of color against a backless top or dress
4. Wear them underneath loose boyfriend-style button-up's to add a feminine touch
